If a service is delivered by a local authority trading company or contractor, we can speak with the organisation employing the team as well as the council contact overseeing the service.

We use these details to respond, discuss the work your team does, arrange a call and prepare a training proposal. The required fields let us identify and answer your request; you are not legally obliged to provide them, but without them we may be unable to respond. Please avoid health or other sensitive personal details in the description.
Lawful basis. Our legitimate interests are handling business enquiries and developing client relationships. We use the details necessary for that purpose. This form does not enrol you in marketing email or SMS.
Who receives the details. Authorised Skill Up Safety staff, our form and customer management provider GoHighLevel, and the email provider used to notify us and reply. GoHighLevel may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. It states that it uses the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and contractual safeguards where applicable. Ask us for more information about safeguards. We do not use solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects for these enquiries.
How long we keep it. For an enquiry that does not become a booking, we keep the personal details for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless an ongoing discussion or legal requirement justifies longer. We review stale enquiries quarterly. A booking is handled under our client and training-record retention arrangements.
